Mr. Nikhil Agarwal is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree from the University of Calcutta. With over three years of experience as a Company Secretary in a listed company, he brings a strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and company law.

He has a solid academic background, having completed his schooling under the West Bengal boards with distinction. He is proficient in statutory compliance, Tally, GST, and possesses working knowledge of corporate financial practices. Mr. Agarwal is fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali, and is committed to ensuring ethical and efficient corporate practices.

He currently serves as the Company Secretary at A K Jain Sales and Marketing Limited, where he plays a key role in facilitating legal and corporate affairs.
